Rheo Blair Diet

Rheo Blair was a diet guru back, before the time that steroid use became popular for use by bodybuilders. As I went through the endless amount of information on Rheo Blair, there was one constant that I read - He was a man who believed that results for a good body could be achieved by a diet of high protein, getting plenty of good fats, taking supplements, getting rid of the junk food and making sure you get the right exercise and sleep.

From my research of Rheo Blair, he seemed to be a man of deep convictions in the way we take care of our bodies and how important it was. He also was a man that believed that as in all things in life, no one plan fits all body types.

Rheo Blair Sample Diet

Rheo Blair followed his own program. A typical daily meal plan for Blair would be:

1/4 to 1/3 cup of his protein mixed with cream and milk, 5 times daily

Four eggs a day, prepared in his special manner.

Blair would also four or five regular meal each week, consisting of turkey (his favorite), lamb or beef. He did not eat fruits or vegetables, except for one or two slices of tomato.

Digestive supplemenets were taken with meals.

Amino acids were taken bewtween meals.
