Bodybuilder Larry Scott also know as The living Legend, won the Mr. America in 1962, the Mr. Universe title in 1964 and he was the first man to win the IFBB Mr. Olympia contest in 1965. He was trained by Vince Gironda, and consulted on diet and supplements by Rheo Blair.

Rheo advised Larry, "You need maximum nutrition to achieve maximum results" and that "everything is chemical" and Larry became Blairs' star student, as a matter of fact Scott attributed 80% of his success to the Blair nutrition program.


Scott usually took three Blair Protein meals each day. His mixture was 2/3 cup protein mixed with 1 cup cream and 1 cup milk.


Scott also took in three regular food meals a day, consisting of lean meat and cottage cheese, with almost no carbohydrates.


He also took 3 eggs a day, either raw or prepared in the Blair style.


Between meals he took predigested amino acids.


Years after Rheo died Larry Scott tried to reproduce Rheo Blair's protein and came out with his non-denatured protein formula he called Hyper-Growth which he feels can help even hardgainers get huge.
